Currently in my 23rd year as a full time real estate professional, my tag line is ‘Trusted Real Estate Advisor’, which I take great pride in and don’t take lightly.  I offer my extensive experience and ‘out of the box’ thinking to assist buyers, sellers and investors in getting the most bang for their buck, thru careful utilization of their time and resources. Every day offers new opportunities as well as new challenges with the real estate market and lending climate changing daily these days.  I often lean on innovative ways to enable renters and all types of buyers to take advantage of great opportunities on properties. With the latest and greatest special loan programs for buyers changing like the weather, I have an arsenal of Top Lenders in their field, who know about the latest and best programs available, experts in HomePath and other programs, grants and the like.  Sellers can be confident I can get the job done of selling their home, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience, at the best the market will bring. I like to triangulate the information to assure all of the facts the seller and I review prior to listing the property are accurate, truthful and although sometimes harsh, the real deal facts, not fluff.

For over 20 years, I’ve taught real estate related seminars and workshops in Sonoma County, Marin County, Oakland and Berkeley.  I have never taught a class in anything that I haven’t personally done, including but not limited to Lease/Options, First Time Buyers, Flipping, Investor seminars and more.   I have been an investor, have owned commercial property, vacant land, bought and sold property on the internet, bought property at Tax Lien sales.  I have sold property through Lease Options to investors and to folks who faced credit issues and got back into home ownership through this method, one of my favorite subjects. 

 I currently reside in Windsor, in Sonoma County with my dog, Beau, as my sons are grown and on their own now whom I’m very proud of.  I am the 2010 past President and the 2011 President of the 99s, an International Organization of Women Pilots.  I’m often in search for new places to float in my kayak to watch the sunset on a Sunday evening, one of my favorite things to do.

I love being a real estate sales person on so many levels.
